“It has been confirmed that a block with four classrooms was destroyed.”
The cause of the fire is not yet known and forensic services will conduct investigations to determine the cause Otto added.
No injuries were reported.
This comes after over 50 000 learners, from Gr R to Gr 12, have missed three months of schooling as residents during the recent clashes as residents expressed their dissatisfaction over the inclusion of the area under a newly formed municipality that would consist of Vuwani and Malamulele.
