POLOKWANE – The N1 South has been temporarily closed and motorists are advised to use the alternative R101 road when traveling to or from Mokopane.
The spokesperson for the Limpopo department of transport, Kagiso Mootane; “The N1 South will be closed for a while due to a tanker (Petrol/Diesel) that is on fire around Weenan area.”
Motorists are advised to use R101 for now.
According to reports motorists are being diverted onto the R101 from the Shell Ultra City just outside Polokwane.
