Independent real estate agents in Polokwane and surrounds now have the opportunity to get the backing of an international property giant to help them prosper.
KW South Africa offers the most successful business and support models in the industry and the very best training and tools to agents. The company supports independent real estate agents and helps them to market and build their businesses.
At the same time, KW South Africa gives marketing graduates the opportunity to start a career in real estate through their career growth initiative and skills development programmes.
KW North was recently launched under the experienced leadership of property veteran, Pieter Human in Tzaneen. The KW North team will work with estate agents in and around Polokwane to help them develop their businesses and to offer world class services.
“Our perspective is that the real estate industry is locally driven by individual associates and their presence within communities. This stems from our deep conviction that the agent, not the company, is the brand that matters most. Our primary goal is to help agents develop and grow their businesses. We stand behind our agents, not in front of them,” Jacques Blake KW South Africa Business Development Manager in Limpopo, explains.
“We reinforce this winning model through training, coaching, educational events and our range of career guides. Many well known smaller local real estate firms operate using their own business profile, but under the guidance of the KW Group. Our world class training and customer concepts give them the clout to compete with larger corporate brands without losing their individuality.”
KW North supports the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa in their Youth Empowerment Brigade Programme. This initiative is aimed at placing intern estate agents in the service of registered estate agency enterprises so that they may act under the supervision and control of a suitably qualified mentor for a period of 12 months. This internship period is intended to equip intern estate agents with the required property market experiential learning while they obtain the necessary real estate qualifications.
To get in touch with one of KW North’s agents, simply call 076 023 4513 or visit their website on www. Kwsa.co.za. All KW North affiliated agents offer exceptional services by utilising close relationship with the marketing arm of Property24.
