Ramaphosa: ‘like it or not, the ANC will win’

POLOKWANE – These were the words of ANC Deputy President, Cyril Ramaphosa during the ANC Siyanqoba Rally at the Peter Mokaba Sports Complex yesterday (Sunday).

“Under the democratic government, 17 million people are receiving social grants throughout the country. We have built 4 million houses since 1994, and we are still going to add more. About 3.5 million people are getting ARV and the death rate as a results of HIV/aids has dropped,” said Ramaphosa.

He insisted that the ANC did not need councilors who drove fancy cars and undermined the people.

“We don’t need those who steal government money and hire friends and relatives. In the next five-years, we will monitor their performances,” he said.
