Thabo Mbeki Street is open. The group are in Voor Street in front of the ANC offices. The journalist on the scene says the road is blocked off from corner of Thabo Meki and Voor Streets to corner of Ruiter and Voor Streets.

MOKOPANE – The marchers will be handing over a memorandum listing their grievances regarding the recent nomination of ANC councillor candidates.
Members of the police and traffic department will be escorting the group as they move down Nelson Mandela to Thabo Mbeki Streets and turn in to Voor Street.
One of the marches told Bosveld: “Councillor candidates wanted by the majority of the community members were sabotaged not to emerge victorious and we do not agree with the process that was taken.”
Thabo Mbeki is currently blocked by the marchers. Motorists are being advised to use an alternative route when in the area.
