The fourth Limpopo Knight Braai Competition took place on Monday 4 July at Ballantino’s.
The following teams took part: Dura Projects, Limpopo Toyota, Mercurius Motors and Hi-Q Middestad. The meat selection for the evening was lamb and the teams set out to impress the judges by preparing a mouthwatering main course and a dessert on the braai coals.

The competition, which sees three teams of two prepare a main meal as well as a dessert on the fire with no pre-preparation, will culminate in a braai-off on Heritage Day, also known as National Braai Day on 24 September. The winners of the braai-off will be announced on 26 September.
In the end there could be only one winner and Team Hi-Q Middestad took first place.
