POLOKWANE – The competition, which sees three teams of two prepare a main meal as well as a dessert on the fire with no pre-preparation, will culminate in a braai-off on Heritage Day, also known as National Braai Day on 24 September. The winners of the braai-off will be announced on 26 September.
The teams who put their braai skills to the test this week were RealNet Polokwane, Seeff and RE/MAX Polokwane.
Danie van Niekerk and André van den Broek (RealNet), Lee van Kraayenburg and Hendri Boshoff (RE/MAX), along with Ismareldea Gomez and Riaan Beukes (Seeff), took to the crackling fires to whip up their individual main courses and desserts.
Contestants are not allowed to prepare anything beforehand and all the teams must start braaing at the same time.

The teams set to compete in next week’s competition are Bradbury’s Auto Body, Prima Panelbeaters, and Macgyver Autoshop Panelbeaters.
