Mankweng police investigate woman’s death
The Mankweng police are investigating a case of murder after Matlakala Josephine Mokgadi (38) of Ga-Magowa was found dead.
POLOKWANE – Her body was found by the community in an abandoned house in Ga-Mothapo.
According to information obtained by the police, the deceased went to the church around Ga-Thoka on Saturday, but never returned home. Her family then reported her missing on Monday.
“We do not know the exact cause of death, but when we found her, she had a swollen face and blood, as well. There have been no arrests yet as the investigation is ongoing,” said Const Mosima Makgaba.
The police appeal to the community to assist with any information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect or suspects.
