The inclusion of three new agents in Seeff Polokwane’s team is sure to add value to the finely tuned machine that this agency personifies.
Rian and Charlotta Beukes
The husband and wife team of Rian and Charlotta Beukes is a formidable package with his background as Town and Regional Planner and the fact that he is also a professional property valuer, combined with her people skills, organisation and administration.
They are also the first team to work together in Seeff Limpopo’s history. While Rian handles the more technical aspects of the work, Charlotta’s background as social worker gives her the necessary skills to deal with the more emotional aspects of buying or selling a property.
The Beukes team focuses on residential properties, both high and low end, farms, commercial properties and vacant stands.
The couple believes that they were sent on this path with Seeff for a reason and are looking forward to making a positive difference in people’s lives.
“Integrity in everything we do is very important to us. We fashioned our lives according to this value and it is the one thing that we are not prepared to compromise on,” Charlotta explains.
“It is not about the deal, it’s about the people behind the deal,” Rian adds.
They have one son, Ivan, a Grade 10 learner in Hoërskool Pietersburg who is an avid swimmer with a bright future ahead of him.
Henry Bojé
A background of 20 years in the agriculture sector complemented by years in the hospitality industry and retail has given Henry Bojé specialised skills in dealing both with people and property.
“I have learnt to deal with all kinds of people in all situations and with all types of problems. I can handle most situations and offer specialised help where needed.”
This new edition to the Seeff Polokwane team started working at the firm in April and says he focuses on farms, because he loves working with farmers and understands the agricultural business environment. He does not, however, only work with farms, but also deals with residential and commercial properties as well as building packages.
His personal motto is to never give up. “Never stop getting up after life has knocked you down. Once you find yourself beaten, get up, hold your head high and carry on.”
Henry said he was invited to join Seeff to add value to people’s needs and to create opportunities for them to make an informed decision to buy the correct property or investment opportunity.
Bojé’s wife, Erika, is still in the hospitality industry running a local restaurant and the couple has three children. Their son, Henry-John works in the motoring industry, their eldest daughter, Lize-Mari, is a fourth year medical student, and their youngest daughter, Shimoné is in Grade 12 at Curro Heuwelkruin.
