POLOKWANE – The Polokwane Municipality has advised motorists using Nelson Mandela Drive from Seshego into the city to use alternative routes due to partial road closure on this road.
The municipality closed the road for emergency maintenance work on major water pipe leaks next to the water pump station.
Municipal spokesperson, Matshidiso Mothapo, said the pipes were fixed last night, and the road would be reopened tomorrow after backfilling work is completed.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused,” Mothapo said.
