Well-known Polokwane Municipality spokesperson is spreading her wings
POLOKWANE – After serving the Polokwane Municipality for several years, the head of the communications department is spreading her wings.
Tidimalo Chuene will leave the municipality next month for employment in Gauteng.
I have accepted an offer from one of the municipal entities. However, I cannot mention the name of the institution at this point, as that is an announcement that can only be made by my future employer when the time is right.
She says the Polokwane Municipality will announce arrangements and or processes in due course in filling her vacancy.
“My stay with the Polokwane Municipality has been an exciting journey that I believe has prepared me sufficiently for the next chapter I am embarking on. It has been a pleasure and a blessing to have known and worked with the media. I do hope that our paths cross again.
“I remain a committed ambassador for the city of Polokwane and will continue to fly its flag high wherever I go. Goodbyes are never easy, so let me leave it here,” she concludes.
