POLOKWANE – Accompanied by their teachers and learners from Cornerstone Christian Academy in the US, the group left on 20 March and returned on 27 March.
The group spent most of their time in a village called Kanyanga, where they ministered to the locals and visited the local pre-school. They also visited the Chinhoyi Caves
To fulfill one of the school’s three pillars, outreach, Eagle’s Nest is running a water initiative, where they collect water for communities facing a water shortage.
The school collected water from PwC Polokwane on Monday, which would be supplied to Ga-Molepo and Ga-Mothiba villages among others.
The school urges residents and companies to support this initiative, and thanks Waltons, Crown Seed, Petro-stop Engen and Nissan Westrand for their sponsorship.
