POLOKWANE – Two people were arrested for drunk driving, five for illegal gambling and four for contravening the Liquor Act.
The Westenburg police also had roadblocks linking to the city and eight motorists were issued summonses for contravening the Road Traffic Act.
Capt Mohlaka Mashiane, a Westenburg police spokesperson, said they were working tirelessly to ensure communities in the Westenburg policing area were safe and free from any criminal elements.
