POLOKWANE – Lucky Machabe was sentenced for the rape of minor boys in and around Seshego and other areas as far afield as Bushbuckridge says provincial police spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto.
“His modus operandi was to win the confidence of the boys, ply them with liquor and then later molest them,” explains Otto.
