Car stolen from shopping centre parking lot

The Mankweng police are investigating a case of theft of a motor vehicle after a car was allegedly stolen at Paledi Mall in Mankweng

POLOKWANE – According to Mankweng police spokesperson, Const Matimba Maluleke, a woman parked her Toyota Corrolla, registration number: KRV 923 GP at Paledi Mall on Thursday.

“When she returned, she was startled to find her car was not there,” said Maluleke.

No arrests have been made yet and police investigations continue, he added.

Anyone with information that might assist the police is urged to contact the Mankweng police at 0(15) 286 2000 or their nearest police station.

“We urge the motorists to properly close and lock their cars at all times and not to leave them unattended for a long time particularly at public parking bays.
