Young athletes test their mettle

With great enthusiasm and drive Mokopane English Combined School (MECS) recently held its annual sports day

The seniors of MECS test their mettle in the 100 m item.

MOKOPANE – The learners worked towards gaining points for their teams, the Blue Sharks and the Red Dragons. After a heated competition the Red Dragons took home the trophy.

Bianca Macheke (Gr 11) is the Victrix Ludorum and Thabang Mogoane (Gr 12) is the Victor Ludorum.

The junior boys of MECS Foundation Phase are running like the wind.
