Woman’s body found chopped up

POLOKWANE –  The Seshego police are looking for suspects for the murder of a 61-year old woman from zone 4.

Provincial police spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto, said the body of Mapula Margaret Malatji was found by passers-by next to the dam on Friday. It had been chopped up.

“The body was cut into two, with the kidneys and intestines removed. Her lips, tongue and nose were also cut, but not removed,” said Otto.

No arrests have been made yet and police investigations continue, she added.
