LIMPOPO – Three managers from Zebediela Citrus which were arrested for fraud on Wednesday were granted bail in the Mokopane Magistrate’s Court on Friday morning.
According to Lieutenant Robert Netshiunda, Hawks spokesperson: “The suspects were arrested for fraud on 9 December by the hawks for allegedly defrauding the estate of R20-million through the illegal exportation of products which was classified as unsuitable and of low quality to international markets.”
The three men were granted R20 000 bail each and the case was postponed to 14 March for further investigation.
