Savannah Mall assures shoppers of heightened security

POLOKWANE – “Savannah Mall wants to assure its customers that security is tightened with the assistance of the SAP in order to prevent another incident similar to yesterday,” says Savannah Mall Marketing Manager, Karen Botha in a media statement on Thursday.

“Savannah Mall is saddened by the unfortunate incident on Wednesday during which we lost one Safety Guard on duty.”

“Condolences to  David Makgoba’s family, friends and colleagues who are traumatized by this horrifying event.”

“We appreciate the support of especially  Brigadier Mokonyane  and his SAP team, the public and our tenants during this situation and thank you for every kind word, sympathy, donations to the deceased family and flowers placed at the Mall by our loyal shoppers and tenants.”

 

Savannah Mall is open to the public today and trading as normal concludes the statement.
