POLOKWANE – Anna Mungoshi was announced as the winner of the Mimshach An Best Designer for 2015 on Saturday.
“Being voted as the winner of the 2015 Mimshach An Fashion Show really means a lot to me as a fashion designer. This boosts my confidence and showed my hard work and ambition will get recognised,” a very happy Mungoshi said afterwards.
Mungoshi credited her talent to her family, and she looks forward to represent them well in future fashion endeavours.
“I want to make everyone proud, especially those who love fashion. With the sewing material and equipment I won, my customers can expect great fashion from me very soon,” she added.

Mimshach An show, hosted at the SABC Auditorium, was sponsored by Energy FM and Goseame and delivered a top- class show for local fashion lovers.
According to Sewela Makhura, Mimshach An chairperson, the company has the greatest sphere of influence and their mandate is to search for talented fashion designers in the province and give them a platform to showcase their talents to the world.
“Since we realised our young people in the province don’t get exposure, we decided to give them the opportunity to get exposure and showcase their talents locally and globally.
“We are helping these budding entrepreneurs towards a brighter future,” she says.
