Young child killed in accident

A child was killed and others injured in a accident on the Matlala Road in Extension 76 just outside of Polokwane on Tuesday.

POLOKWANE – A child was killed and others injured in a accident on the Matlala Road in Extension 76 just outside of Polokwane on Tuesday.

According to Honnetsweng EMS facebook page; “A taxi collided with Toyota Corolla. Paramedics arrived on scene to find critically injured passengers… the child was declared dead on scene.”

Honnetsweng EMS paramedic stabilized critically injured and called in a medicopter. Patients were airlifted to Polokwane Provincial Hospital.

“The police are investigating the cause of the accident.”
