LIMPOPO – Mankweng police are asking the communities help in identifying this man. He was found wandering the streets of Mankweng earlier this week.
“He seems to be mentally disabled and he is a native speaker of Sesotho. He identifies himself as Ratshedisitswe Ngakane from Cath’s nack in Free State,” says const Matimba Maluleke.
