POLOKWANE – The truck driver accused of causing the crash in which former minister for public service and administration, Collins Chabane and his two bodyguards died, appeared in the Polokwane magistrate’s court today.
Amukelani Rikhotso is facing three charges of culpable homicide.
He was granted bail in March.
His case was postponed to September 25.
