LIMPOPO – WITH the help of family and friends, Victor Mokgotho of Emmaquelate Security donated tracksuits last Tuesday to 10 Phishego Primary School learners in Seshego.

Mokgotho said the donation was an initiative by Naks Concept and Thought Grow.

“The donation is also a way to lend support to the learners. We want to assist them where we can. There are still more needy learners we need to assist with school uniforms,” said Mokgotho.

The principal, Mmaditsela Sebotja, said the tracksuits would help to instil pride in the learners.

“We are very proud to have a person like Victor assist us. He did not forget about the needy young people and we want to ask him to continue helping others,” said Sebotja.

The Capricorn mayor, Gilbert Kganyago, said the tracksuits would keep the learners warm and help to keep them in school.

“If they don’t have warm clothes, they might not feel comfortable to go to school. We aim to encourage them to be committed to their studies. The Capricorn District Municipality is proud to support needy learners and thanks Mokgotho for the donation,” said Kganyago.
