POLOKWANE – Prepaid24 can currently not establish communication with Polokwane municipality due to connectivity failure.
A few minutes ago a notice was placed on the Prepaid 24 website notifying Polokwane customers that the service is currently offline.
According to the notice, the matter is receiving the attention of the engineers and technicians at Prepaid24.
“As soon as the online service is restored, a notification will be posted,” says Prepaid24.
Prepaid24 further says that Prepaid24 clients’ recharge will be processed as a matter of urgency once the service is restored.
