LIMPOPO – WHAT sets Ronewa “Love and Peace” Ramadi apart from other DJs is his ability to fuse different genres of music in the same set and blend them in so well that the crowd becomes unaware of the transition.

Ramadi from Shayandima started DJing professionally at the age of 18.

He cultivated his trademark eclectic sounds by being influenced by a wide variety of music that ranges from jazz to hip hop.

“I have released a deep house track called Believe in Yourself featuring Maanda and I recently recorded the single, Forever with Tenda Dagada,” says Ramadi.

He has shared the stage with the likes of Black Coffee, Worship House, Lulo Cafe, Mafikizolo and Mizo Phyll.

He says his goal in the music industry is to be unique and set trends.

“DJing is an art that needs to be perfected. I am a go-getter and I believe in everything I do,” he says.

Ramadi encourages young artists to take education seriously.

“Education is the key to a better life, so study hard,” he says.
