ESKOM POWER ALERT: Stage 1 load shedding to be implemented
According to Eskom, load shedding stage 1 will be implemented today (Monday) from 17:45-22:00.
POLOKWANE – According to Eskom, load shedding stage 1 will be implemented today (Monday) from 17:45-22:00.
Areas to be load shed are:
18:00-20:00
B3 AREAS: Polokwane Ext. 44, Ext. 65 (African Jewel) Place of Safety, Sterkloop Agriculture on the Percy Fyfe Road.
20:00-22:00
B4 AREAS: Bendor, Cycad Centre, Cycad, Bendor Centre, Woodlands, Welgelegen, Eduanpark, Woodhill, Celtic Lodge and Coke.
Eskom assures all customers that load shedding is done as a last resort, when absolutely necessary to protect the power system. Any unexpected change on the constrained and vulnerable power system will lead to a change in the stage of load shedding.
