POLOKWANE – Well-known businessman, Rameez Patel, appeared again in the Polokwane magistrate court yesterday 28 th April (Tuesday).
The bail application has been postponed to 4 May 2015, when the state will present their case.
He remains in custody.
Patel, accused of allegedly shooting dead his wife in Nirvana, said he intended to plead not guilty.
In a statement written for his bail bid, Rameez Patel said he knew nothing about the crime.
Rameez Patel, faces a charge of murder after the death of his wife Fatima on 10 April 2015.
He was denied bail in the district court in Polokwane on 17 April 2015 , the bail application was postponed to 28th April 2015.
