POLOKWANE –Â Load shedding stage 1 will be implemented today (Tuesday) from 17:00-22:00.
Areas to be load shed today are:
17:00-18:00
B12 AREAS:Â Voortekkerpark between Voortrekker and Webster Streets and between Suid and Rissik Streets, Ivypark Ext. 34 and Meropa Casino.
18:00-20:00
B13 AREAS:Â Peninapark, Silicon Line, CBD between Suid and Thabo Mbeki Streets and between Biccard and Dahl Streets.
20:00-22:00
B14 AREAS:Â Flora and Faunapark West of McDonald Street and Eersteling Eskom feeder.
Eskom assures all customers that load shedding is done as a last resort, when absolutely necessary to protect the power system. Any unexpected change on the constrained and vulnerable power system will lead to a change in the stage of load shedding.
