ESKOM POWER ALERT: Stage 3 load shedding to be implemented

Due to the vulnerable system stage 3 load shedding will be implemented from 18:00 to 22:00.

Eskom assures customers that load shedding is implemented to protect the power system. We will only load shed what is required in stage 3. 

Eskom assures all customers that load shedding is done as a last resort, when absolutely necessary to protect the power system.

Any unexpected change on the constrained and vulnerable power system will lead to a change in the stage of load shedding.
