Limpopo MEC for Sports, Arts and Culture, Nandi Ndalane opens the Mapungubwe Arts Festival with a street carnival from Olympic Tower Building to the SABC Park on Friday.
Ndalane said the department did it deliberately to celebrate Mapungubwe Festival and also commemorate the first anniversary of the death of former president Nelson Mandela.
