Cosatu provincial chair Essop Mokgonyane on Thursday handed over two memoranda to acting premier Rudolp Phala. The first was to demand the administration team to leave the province within 30 days and the second contained various demands regarding issues to be addressed within the education and health departments, the need for skills development in the province and the abolishment of labour broking.
