POLOKWANE – Aladdin’s Den Pre-school and Aftercare hosted their annual year-end concert and gr. R graduation ceremony at the N.G. Kerk Pietersburg-Oos hall recently.
The theme was Fashion Potpourri and the teachers were dressed in bright traditional African wear.
The festivities started with the gr. R gra-duation ceremony, where the learners walked on stage with their grandparents. Then the learners introduced themselves and told the audience what they wanted to be when they grew up.
Thereafter, the concert started and the children had different outfits for each item they delivered.
The evening ended with a farewell gift of a cold drink and packet of chips for the road for each audience member.
Zyrilla van der Kolff, principal and owner of Aladdin’s Den said, “thank you to all the learners for their hard work and participation. Thanks to all the parents for their support, encouragement and help. A special thank you to all the staff for their patience, hard work, loyalty and devotion”.
