BWASA set to launch new empowerment poject

The Business Women Association of South Africa (Bwasa) in Limpopo, in partnership with Coca-Cola Fortune, will launch their brand new and inovative Abafazi Entrepreneur Empowerment Programme in May.

POLOKWANE – The Business Women Association of South Africa (Bwasa) in Limpopo, in partnership with Coca-Cola Fortune, will launch their brand new and inovative Abafazi Entrepreneur Empowerment Programme in May.

The aim of the programme is to empower BWA Limpopo members and potential members and will be made available free of charge.

Preference will be given to existing BWA members. The training sessions start on May 13.

The programme will focus on three main topics:

• Expand your business;

• Action my business growth, and

• women entrepreneur associations.

“The expand your business programme can only take 10 candidates and the module focuses on reviewing your business vision, refining your business objectives and aligning your performance measures to make a technical and financial appraisal to identify the most suitable growth strategy for your own business,” says Itumeleng Moeti, BWA Limpopo coordinator.

“The action my business growth can take 15 candidates and the purpose of this module is to assist women entertpreneurs to grow their business from small-to-medium scale.

“The women entrepreneur association programme has space for 12 candidates. It is a training package is designed to assist women entrepreneur associations to manage and improve their associations.”
