PLATINUM Ridge is a new development by the Tugela Group, only four kilometres from the Polokwane CBD, to the south east of Polokwane.

With a total of 360 stands, the development consists of two phases. Stands in phase one are now on sale. These stands are 280m² to 390m², with prices starting around R190 000.

• Plan F: 98m² – lounge, dining room, seperate kitchen and scullery, three bedroom, two bathroom and dressing room for R539 000.

A deposit of R5 000 secures your offer and includes transfer costs.
