2nd spot for Seshego Rugby Club in the Boet Fick League

Seshego Rugby Club came second in the Boet Fick League after they lost 60-3 to the Musina Rugby Club in the finals that were played at the Musina sports grounds recently.

POLOKWANE – Seshego Rugby Club came second in the Boet Fick League after they lost 60-3 to the Musina Rugby Club in the finals that were played at the Musina sports grounds recently.

The Seshego coach, Ignitious Semenya, said this was the first time the team competed in the Boet Fick League and he was happy with the results.

“The boys played a beautiful game of rugby and did exceptionally well during the league. We were so keen to win the league, but pity Lady Luck was not on our side,” said Semenya.

He added that they looked forward to the next league season and to claim the first spot.

He said he was delighted that the team managed to play in the finals, which would boost players’ morale.

“I am proud of the players and I see a brighter future for them in rugby,” said Semenya.
