POLOKWANE – TWO brothers in Polokwane are using their sewing talents to make unique African traditional clothing and shoes.

John Fungulani (34) and Mishack Jolinda (30) from Westenburg are originally from Malawi and have been living in Limpopo for three years.

Jolinda, a father of one, says being a designer has always been his dream.

“I started to sew clothes at the age of 17. The business is doing well and people appreciate and like our designs. We make R3 500 to R4 000 every month and we are able to support our families,” says Jolinda.

Fungulani says they do designs for men, women and children of all sizes and stature.

“Our designs are of high quality and our deals are one of a kind. We also have several unique African clothing in different styles to meet customers’ needs,” says Fungulani.
