Gospel artist’s trees stolen
Mphoza Mashabela, a well-known gospel artist and the owner of Shabi Driving School, woke up on Monday morning to find that 10 of the trees in his garden at his home in Mahwelereng had been stolen.
MOKOPANE – Mphoza Mashabela, a well-known gospel artist and the owner of Shabi Driving School, woke up on Monday morning to find that 10 of the trees in his garden at his home in Mahwelereng had been stolen.
“I planted those trees two years ago and I take great pride in taking care of my garden. It is very disappointing to me that people even steal your plants from your garden,” said Mashabela.
Mashabela told Bosveld on Monday that he had heard a lot of complaints from residents in Mahwelereng concerning this problem and that he went to open a case of theft at the Mokopane police station. “I am appealing to the community if anyone has information regarding this situation they can contact me at 082 263 5146 or please report it to the nearest police station,” said Mashabela.
