Mall launches Kiddies Club

POLOKWANE – A mall can be a magical place where children can play games, have something delicious to fill their tummies and watch an animation film on the big screen.

Mall of the North was this magical place on Saturday as part of their fourth birthday celebration, and the launch of the new Kiddies Club.

Children between the ages of three and seven years old can apply for a club card.

By belonging to the Kiddies Club, kids receive a voucher on their birthday, and notifications about all the fun activities at the mall.

“We also launched our mascot Tshukudu that will be present at all the Mall of the North kiddies activities,” said René van der Merwe, Mall of the North’s marketing manager.

Children who joined on Saturday received a goody bag with stationery from PNA as well as a slice of cake in a special lunch box from Mall of the North. They had the opportunity to show off their colouring skills and win a Keedo Kids voucher.

“Mall of the North’s Kiddies Club will host a range of interactive, educational and entertainment filled events every second month, with special events lined up for those all-important school holidays.

“Kiddies Club members can look forward to plenty of awesome benefits like their very own Kiddies Club card, a Mall of the North voucher on their birthday and they’ll be the first to know about the awesome upcoming club events,” says Van der Merwe.

“We are so excited about the launch of our Kiddies Club,” says Mall of the North general manager, Sumari de Ridder.

“We’re so pleased to be able to provide a fun new safe environment for kids to enjoy themselves, make friends and take part in a range of fantastic activities. We have no doubt it will be an absolute hit with the kids, and also with parents,” she adds.

Signing up for the Mall of the North Kiddies Club is free and children can join at any of the Kiddie Club events.

Alternatively, parents can accompany their children to the Mall of the North management offices to sign up.
