Local talent in film

SA Walk for fame introduced their first film called Black Paradise, (future fighters), at the Mokopane Hotel last Saturday.

MOKOPANE – SA Walk for fame introduced their first film called Black Paradise, (future fighters), at the Mokopane Hotel last Saturday.

“The movie is based on the struggle and fight against crime, drugs and power within the Mogalakwena community.

“We decided to make this movie, to inspire people to make the right decisions and to communicate rather than to fight, to be the better leader.

“It is also a way of giving the residents of Mogalakwena a chance to present their talents as all of the actors are from Mokopane,” says Jay Nkosi Jackson, director of SA Walk for Fame.

John Hlaluku the famous actor, known for his role in Emzini Wezinsizwa on SABC and Soweto TV and for his role in the film Moruti Wa Tsotsi, is the director and also one of the main actors in the film.

Jackson says, “as soon as the film is ready there will be an opening night in Mokopane where everyone is invited to come and watch the local talent of our community in action!”

For more information regarding the film or if you are interested in becoming an actor contact Jay Nkosi at 071 544 1719.
