Renier Jordaan at Isuzu Trucks helm

POLOKWANE – Westvaal Polokwane’s commercial vehicle department for Isuzu Trucks has a new dealer principal at the helm.

Renier Jordaan was appointed as from December 1.

Jordaan was previously in charge of the Westvaal commercial branches in Klerksdorp and Rustenburg. Being a former resident of Polokwane, Jordaan said it was lovely to be back in Polokwane after five years, as he had previously lived in the city for 16 years.

“Isuzu Trucks has been the top seller in its segment for commercial vehicles in South Africa for quite a while, so it is nice to be associated with this brand, and of course, our valuable clients. Our excellent service, whether it is sales, parts or servicing, speaks for itself. Our motto to our clients is that when you buy a truck from us, you actually become part of our Isuzu Trucks team,” Jordaan said.

“Our vision is to be able to deliver the best possible product to our current client base, as well as potential clients. In Japan alone, Isuzu has been the number one choice for the past 40 years, and Isuzu intends to live up to this trend. The brand has expanded tremendously worldwide over the past couple of years,” Jordaan said.

“This year, our clients in South Africa can look forward to a lot more as Isuzu is planning to expand its auto manual transmission (AMT) model series,” Jordaan added.

He further said Westvaal Polokwane planned to place its commercial unit under one roof this year. He said the new premises would offer much more space and logistically it would be more convenient to personnel and clients.

“We currently have three salespeople who are ready to assist clients. We have a fully equipped workshop and we also have a 24-hour breakdown service,” Jordaan continued.

He said roadside assistance was a necessity and Isuzu Trucks offered clients service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through its customer support centre, which can be contacted at 08600 ISUZU (47898) toll free. “We also have three experienced master technicians available.”

He added that Isuzu Trucks also presented driver-training courses on request.
