POLOKWANE – L is for the way you look at me, O is for the only one I see, V is very, very extraordinary, E is even more than anyone that you can adore.

February is the month of love. Shopping centres all over the world are decorated in red and white, and lovers make plans to treat each other. Finding a special and unique way to express your love or to make the one you love feel extraordinarily special is quite a challenge to some.

Cansa Polokwane, in collaboration with Savannah Mall, presents the Wall of Love to help lovers express their love.

Readers can write love notes on special cards and post them on the wall at the centre’s banking mall from Monday to Saturday. These special Valentine’s Day cards are available at Cansa Polokwane on the corner of College and Dorp Street or at Savannah Mall’s management office for R10 each.

After Valentine’s Day one lucky person will win R500 cash for their love message. The winner will be notified on Monday February 16.

“We want lovers to feel free to express their love for each other in the open and let the whole world know of their love,” Sharon Stander, community mobiliser of Cansa Polokwane and initiator of the project, said.

“We wanted to do something different for Valentine’s Day. We hope that the whole community will take part, businesses and schools included.”

Savannah Mall offered their banking mall area to be used, and the area will be decorated accordingly ensuring that the right atmosphere for lovers pervades.
