Eagle’s Nest brags with seven new teachers

The school welcomes the new teachers with open arms and hopes they bring nothing but positivity.

POLOKWANE – “Eagle’s Nest Christian School would like to warmly welcome our new teachers to the school. You will indeed all be a good addition to the current team,” said high school principal Isaac Manamike in welcoming new teachers to the school recently.

Primary phase principal Bertie de Lange explained that teaching is a job that is highly appreciated and that it takes courage, tenacity and a lot of patience to get the teachers through just one day.

“We regard teachers as the learners’ parents away from home who help shape their minds and hearts to be better individuals for the future.”

Teachers who were welcomed include Phulamlani Magama (Gr 8 technology and life orientation), Kwgerano Maponya (business studies Gr 10 and 11), Sumari Olivier (English Gr 8 to 12), Celeste Urquhart (Afrikaans primary phase), Lucas Moloisi (Gr 8, 9 and 10 English), Timothy Wasema (natural science Gr 8, technology Gr 9 and agriculture Gr 10) as well as Philip Buys who will be teaching Afrikaans from Gr 8-12.
