Readers can contribute by making a donation of items such as tin food and pasta as well as toiletries that will have a direct impact on the lives of the less privileged.

POLOKWANE – Shortly before her death, Mrs Limpopo 2023/24, Irma Kidson, took on the task of assisting in the Power Tower National Food Drive. This initiative is run by RoleModels Foundation in aid to help improve the lives of those in need.

Mrs Limpopo 2022/23 Adelette de Meyer, took over after Kidson’s sudden passing.

“She would have wanted us to continue,” De Meyer remarked.

All nine provinces will host the same event on the same day and time, competing against each other to build the highest tower of non-perishable foodstuffs.

Readers can contribute by making a donation of items such as tin food and pasta as well as toiletries. These donations will have a direct impact on the lives of the less privileged.

Cash can also be donated.
