Mogalakwena supports Idols finalist Thapelo Molomo
Mogalakwena Mayor Ngoako Taueatsoala urges everyone to vote for Molomo from Diretsaneng while the voting stations are still open. Votes closes 22:00.
LIMPOPO – Mogalakwena Mayor Ngoako Taueatsoala kindly urges the community to vote for the IdolsSA finalist, Thapelo Molomo.
Last Sunday (November 6), Taueatsoala proudly held a poster that read ‘Mogalakwena Supports Thapelo Molomo’ above his head in a crowd full of Idols fans at Heartfelt Arena in Pretoria, and personally congratulated him for his stellar performance afterwards.
Gogo Mamabolo Ramalepe, Mosima Grator Seshoka , Brenda Rakoala, Mošibudi Ramalepe and other attendees sang for Molomo and Mayor Taueatsoala on Sunday at the event.
Molomo is a local and versatile vocalist from Diretsanen, as well as a qualified registered Counsellor with HPCSA.
The attendees at the latest show said Diretsaneng is one big family and they went to represent Molomo’s late mom, MaMolomo, as they understand that every child needs motherly presence.
The mayor and Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture MEC Mme Nakedi Kekana supported this sentiment and said it takes a village or community to raise a child and thanked the Diretsaneng community, as well as all the other South Africans for supporting this young up-and-coming superstar by voting for him.
Taueatsoala said he is happy to have Molomo in the final, which will take place this Sunday (November 13) and added that he and Kekana will be in attendance to show support on behalf of the Mogalakwena Municipality.
