VIDEO: Operation Dudula launches with march in Polokwane

Zandile Dabula of the Put South Africa First movement told the Polokwane Review that Operation Dudula was launched in Limpopo due to the province's high unemployment rate.

POLOKWANE – Limpopo members of anti-immigration movement Operation Dudula, a splinter group from the Put South Africans First movement have taken to the streets of Polokwane to launch the operation in the province.

A large group are currently gathered outside the South African Breweries (SAB) on Veldspaat Street where they will hand over a set of demands.

Zandile Dabula of the Put South Africa First movement told the Polokwane Review that Operation Dudula was launched in Limpopo due to the province’s high unemployment rate.

“We’ve noticed that Limpopo is one of the provinces with a high unemployment rate but non-South Africans are being employed,” she said.

Dabula said that SAB is their first stop and that they will be marching to three other businesses to hand over their demands.

Polokwane traffic officials are currently on the scene.
