Help your child make homemade playdough

If you love to spend time with your kids and make things together on weekends, you'll love this easy, no-cook, playdough recipe.

Are you looking for something fun and thrifty to do with your children today?

Playdough is enjoyable to play with, but it is also advantageous to your child’s development. While your children are sculpting play dough into various shapes, they are strengthening their little hands.

Squishing, rolling, flattening, and other activities help your children build the muscles in their hands necessary for fine motor actions such as holding a pencil or using scissors in the future.

What you need

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp cream of tartar
  • 1 cup salt

How to make it
