As the academic year nears the end, it’s a time to celebrate as many learners will be moving on to higher grades.
Amid Covid-19 preventative measures, the splendour of many graduation ceremonies had to be adjusted to make way for more strictly controlled functions.
The Gr R group at Piet Hugo Primary graduated on the rugby field in two separate ceremonies.
Certificates in hand, learners were eager to show off their pride and joy.
Unfortunately, no parents, grandparents and other family members were allowed.
