Abraham Kannsay Mologheta (44) is expected to appear in the Mokopane Magistrate’s Court today (Thursday) in connection with possession of suspected stolen property after he was arrested during the Safer Festive Season operations in Mokopane on New Year’s Eve.
Mologheta made his first appearance last Thursday and has been remanded in custody until today (Thursday) for a formal bail application, according to Provincial Police Communications Head Motlafela Mojapelo.
He added that a variety of suspected stolen property were recovered at the suspect’s house during the arrest. Among others were a 9 mm pistol plus several live rounds of ammunition, three television sets, six laptops, iPads, a tablet, several DStv decoders, Wi-Fi connector, an amplifier and several remote controls.
