Baobab Gardens – exciting new commercial precinct for city

Baobab Gardens is a new commercial precinct being developed by Networth Properties and the Moolman Group adjacent to Munnik Avenue in Bendor, close to the Mall of the North.
The site is located in the busiest and fastest expanding part of Polokwane.
Munnik Avenue is also easily accessible from the N1 putting Baobab Gardens on a strategically important route and in a rapidly developing area.
According to Moolman Group’s Asset Manager, Peter Pratt the Baobab Gardens’ location has allowed various big box tenants, such as CTM, Bathroom Bizarre, Tile Africa and Zebbies Lighting to open shop.
“In the motor related trade, we have seen Jaguar and Land Rover open their doors and with the recent signing of Toyota and Hino, it is believed that the motor retail and related sector will gain momentum with these major role players taking up space in the development,” Pratt said.
According to Pratt, First National Bank has also signed a lease agreement and is set to take up offices on the western side of the development with additional offices that can be set up to suit tenants’ requirements.
“This node is developing fast and seems to be the hip spot in the retail and commercial environment,” Pratt concluded.
